Watery Wednesday #33
The above duck is an Indian Running Duck and belongs to a good friend of mine. He spends his leisurely days swimming in a children's paddling pool and his nights with two guinea pigs in a fox-proof coup.
What a great picture. The duck looks so happy swimming about in that pool and the colours are so clear. Glad he sleeps in a fox free environment with the two guinea pigs!
Like mother like son. Both of your subjects are about ducks and they are both beautifully taken. And boy Sam, your mommy never give you peace? lol. Be patient! She'll be right!
Great photography - like a duck to water! btw Your Zombie Chicken Award has gone off a bit - could you collect it since it is stinking the place out! Details on your previous post!
Really? He sleeps with guinea pigs? That is so cool!!
I had pet decks when I was in high school. Believe it or not, I loved those things. They followed me every where, because of course they thought I was their mother! I would buy guppies and put in their little pool and they LOVED that!

He looks right at home there. :-)
Here from Maggie May's. Great shot!
Such an unusual-looking duck, compared to the wild ones that think our pond is home! Thanks for sharing.
Be patient with mom! She only does it because she loves you!
The Wellington huh?! Not my local but fairly close!
